continued xanax withdrawal

I posted a few weeks ago. I'm still tapering off the xanax, down to .125 mg. once a day.  I get sick to my stomach, jittery, anxious, feel like ****, brain fog at times.  I've been tapering since around Nov. 11th.   How long can I have physical and other symptoms?  I was supposed to be skipping a day now - .125 one day, -0- the next, .125 one day ...
Is there any drug that can help me while doing this to make it easier?  In the past I had horrible w/d from celexa and effexor - my chemical makeup.  What about neurontin or something?

I have never had to use another covering medication, but if you are so sensitive ask your doctor about neurontin...its a real possibility.
