Product information states that Effexor may have side effects such as dizziness and urinary frequency. However, these symptoms may also be due to medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and urinary tract infection, to name a few. I urge you to consult your primary care physician for a thorough medical evaluation, and to discuss your concerns further with your treating physician/psychiatrist.
