My husband thinks about dying and has dreams about it also.  I would like to know why he is thinking these things

AnnaS,
It seems  your husband is having suicidal ideation and sleep disturbance. His symptoms may be due to depression. It is imperative that he consults a psychiatrist immediately, or go to the nearest emergency room.
