Panic disorder with agoraphobia attacks on occasion.but lately ive been having very arritating paranoia.like i feel like people are following me and are trying to kill me,or that there is alwayssome one hiding some where around myself.sometimes i'll see a flash of someone running by me or standing behind a bush or etc...also i have been having extreme memorie lose...only short term..(example;id be at work house keeping,and id forget something and have to go bak to my cart about 4 times (the least)
because i cant remember what it was i needed.
or i feel like someone is standing behind me
and not be able to fall asleep cause of the
fearFears and phobias someone right here behind me.)its getting so bad that i wait till 5 or 6 in the morning to fall asleep.so i really need to no if i should see some body or what.....?or if these are signs of

the only other thing is that it is much more frequently but some days i feel perfectally
