Dear Angel

With the limited information that was provided, it seems like you may be reacting to stress in your life. If your sleeplessness continue, you may want to look at what is going on in your life and may have to change it. Sleeplessness for a day or two do not require any treatment in general. If your symptoms persists and effects your social /occupational functioning, you may want to consult a physician for adequate recommendations.

Sincerely
HFHS-M.D.

If you are experiencing stress and anxiety that is causing you sleep loss do something about it soon!  Don't wait 6-7 months like I did and start having panic attacks and severe anxiety. It can cause so many physical as well as emotional problems you wouldn't believe.
