It is  very difficult to sort out which is anxiety and which symptoms are from medication when you start out with anxiety symptoms. But in either case, you have reason to believe that the medication is not helping enough, and you may need either an increase in dose or another medication, so talk to your doctor  about making these kind of changes.

I'm not sure, I have very limited knowledge about medication.
To me it sounds as though the shaking is part of the anxiety component of your disorder.  It sounds like it was there prior to taking the med (so is not a result of the med).
I'm not sure about the mood swings.  I don't know if they would be because your mood issues are resolving or you have been misdiagnosed or because of the med.
The fatigue could be related to your issues.  Anxiety can make anyone exhausted.
I'm not sure about the flashing lights.  The black dots are likely to be floaters and is possibly a separate issue.  You could look up old posts on the eye health expert forum.  The experts there answer lots of questions about black dots and lines, etc.
The pain in your neck may be due to your stress levels which cause your muscles to tense up and become sore.
I would discuss your concerns with your doctor.  I don't know if your symptoms are indications for a dose increase or a change in med.
Are up in therapy?  That may help you to better manage your anxiety and also understand why it is there.
Sorry I haven't be much help.  I would follow up with your doctor.
