mirtazapine

hi just wondering if you could explain to me how the drug mirtazapine which works on serotonin and norepinephrine increases the size (double or more) of my penis and causes my testicals to hang lower. it takes about half an hour for this effect to occure and lasts for a few hours. it is unusual as other meds that work on norepinephrine do the opposite and cause my penis and testicals to retract. it has been suggested that it may be due to the fact that mirtazapine works on type two adreno-receptors. thankyou

This effect has not been reported for Remeron so I do not have an explanation.
