Insomnia concerns
Primary insomnia
Sleeping difficulty, and occasional headache. My psychiatrist doubled that to 50 mg three days ago. I now have severe and sudden eyebrow and
eyelidEyelid bump
Eyelid lift
Eyelid twitch pain with pins and needles and tight muscles all over my body and uncontrollable shivering (like I'm cold) about 3-4 hours after taking the dose--about lunchtime. The headache then moves up my
foreheadForehead lift
Forehead lift - series to the top of my head and i get blurry vision and cant think very well and cant talk without effort. This lasts about 2-3 hours, and I can do nothing for it--So I called the psychiatrist who was covering for my regular psychiatrist and he said this will happen for a few days--he said sometimes it can be like a migraine and it is not stroke or vascular or high BP. He said if it doesnt go away in about 5 more days to go back to the 25 mgs.He said it was a serotonin reaction or some term like that. I need reassurance that this is safe and will pass. I live alone and this greatly impairs my ability to read for very long or have a conversation or make decisions, etc, so I'm in no position to call in sick at work. i will say my emotional anxiety is much improved and my mood is more stable (needs work still, though), so I'm reluctant to quit zoloft altogether. I need some specific feedback/options that I can use in the next few days. Thanks for your help, nyl
