Ihave been plaqued with rapid heart beat, dizzy spells, tremling, and in the last two years burning and numb sensations on my body. I saw a neurologist and he said anxiety. A dermatologist said yeast, and a female doctor said premenapause.  It burning skin and faccial numbness(Like you have alayer of something stuck to your face not really numb) Or do you sujest further tests?

I would suggest a treatment trial at this point. Let your doctor treat you for anxiety and see what happens.  With anxiety at the level you are describing, you can have almost any unusual feeling.
