I have bipolar 2 or schizo-affective. I am on Clozaril and Abilify. In March 2006 I had two prolonged 1 1/2 hour periods of muscle spazming. I wasn't taking Clozaril or Abilify then-- I think I was taking zyprexa. Now I have three strange symptoms: muscle spasming, exhaustion (crawlng aorund my house to get anywhere,) and 2-10 times a day, five minute paralysis. Could this be "leaden paralysis" associated with atypical depression? Because I definitely have atypical depression, if I have depressiom any more at all. That's the bright side-- my mental health's great!!

This does not sound like a psychological symptom complex, more like a medication set of side effects, so you are best off talking about this in detail with your doctor.
