I am a healthy 44 year old female. I awoke from a dream this morning because my dream actually started spinning vertically. I sat up and bed, opened my eyes and the spinning continued for about 10 seconds. Very scary! I coulnt stop it. It happened 2 more times as I tried to go to sleep..as i laid on my side the spin went horizontal! Please help.
