Here are the symptoms of serotoninSerum serotonin level syndrome in case u are interested:
Cognitive effects: mental confusion, hypomania, hallucinations, agitation, headache, coma.
Autonomic effects: shivering, sweating, fever, hypertension, tachycardia, nausea, diarrhea.
Somatic effects: myoclonus/clonus (muscle twitching), hyperreflexia, tremor.
i think it is the pharmacist's job to warm you about POSSIBLE interactions. Doesn't mean it's going to happen but you need to know what to watch for just in case. If it really concerns you talk to your doc, maybe one the the meds can be switched for another.
