unwanted thoughts

For almost a year now I have been having unwanted thoughts keep coming to my mind. Thoughts like embarrasing or things i shouldnt have said or bad thought. At first it sounded like OCD but I dont feel the erge to do rituals or put things in order. The thoughts come to me every day and I have to shake my head at least five times or say out loud to "Be qiuet" or "Shut up and leave me alone." Is this problem of thoughts OCD or is it really nothing.

Those thoughts are considered obsessions...you might try a short course of therapy to get to the source of them....
