There is no quick tapering...if you and your doctor agree to stop these medications, then do it over a three week period, the last week using the lowest dose every third day before you stop.
I don't think a quick taper is necessarily the best taper. I personally think that you should only do this after consultation with your doctor.

Just want to add, three weeks isn't some golden number. It takes as long as it takes, which is different for everyone. And I second J's question, is there some need to hurry?
