stopping herion

I have been stuck on herion for 8 months now and have looked into other options. I have now insurance and the neerest methadone clinic is 3 hours away and I don't have transportation. I am desperate.  Is there anywhere to get methadone without going to the clinic or maybe go for the intial viist then get mailed one dose at at a time?
