Hi,
How are you? Migraine headaches usually present with throbbing headaches with nausea, vomiting and sensitivity to light and sound. This type of primary headache responds well to rest, ice pack, avoiding triggers and both abortive and prescription medications prescribed by your doctor. A headache journal and the migraine tracker here in the forum may help identify the triggers that you could avoid. If it persists, you may need to have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.

are you anxious or depressed about something? usually these symptoms are caused by stress and anxiety. if you are, you should get help from a doctor or physician, and remember that over-the-counter medicine is not the best solution for anything. you should get something prescribed, at least you can trust those a bit more.
hope that helped.

Hi,
Thanks for the update. It is good to know that you already have a headache journal. Another differential to consider is sinus headache which usually presents with pain in the front of the head and face. The pain tends to be worse when you bend forward and when you first wake up in the morning. This is often associated with migraine or cluster headaches. If the headaches persist, it is best that you have this checked for proper medication. Indeed, medication over-use, especially with over-the-counter pain medicines, may lead to rebound headaches. Take care always.
