Migraine? Stomach flu? IDK Please help

My 12 year old daughter has been sick since the beginning of December. It started with nausea and vomiting alson with headaches. We wound up at the ER where they gave her fluids because she was dehydraed. They then diagnosed her with the "stomach flu and inner ear infection" A couple weeks later , her stomach issuses started o subside and then came the migraines. She holds her head and cries and tells me it feels like someone is squeezing her head. Now the nausea, vomiting and diarrhea are back and she continues with the headaches. She has been  to school 2 times since December! I have had to take a leave of absence from work. They did an MRI which came back normal. They have recently drew more blood and im waiting the results of that. The docs have given her Tylenol #3 which didnt touch her head pain. At the least I was hoping it would help her sleep.. No such luck. For the last 6 days she has been running a low grade temp. Doesn't go lower than 99.8. They have now given her Tigan, and that hasn't helped her eaither. I feel so bad for her. Were all exhausted.. he doesn't sleep, therefor neiter do I. At first I thought it had something to do with us moving and she had to start a new school (which she dislikes) I know she was very sad and ha a hard time adjusting. But evenstill, she gets very upset not being able to goto school. Shes a perfectionist and it really upsets her to think of the possibility of having to stay back. I am currently speeking with the school about a tutor (she isn't happy about that at all) she cries and says "I dont want a tutor, ijust want to go to school" Im at my wits end. Im exhausted emotionally and physically. I just need some answers. Is there anyone out there tat can help me :(
