sudden pain in head ONLY while sleepling ( and bumps on the head)

Hi,

I'm 32 yr old female. I get these horrid "episodes" of sudden surge of pain that feel like I am having a stroke. I can not move my body or open my eyes:

visually:

I see a black "screen" with pinhead white bits on there scattered

I feel:
Intense 10 out of 10 pain ( similar like to when I broke a leg and tried to move it)

I hear:
Iike a water sound just before it disapears

I feel dizzy afterwards and they only come and go in waves of about 7 seconds each time. I had 4 episodes today.

I woke up from this and measured my BP, it was 98/51 and my pulse was 97.

p.s I also get these 2x2 cm bumps on my head that come and go about 2 days prior to this.
