3-4days headaches

The past 3-4 days I’ve had a low-level headache and could use your help I am chalking it up to springtime allergies, which so far have not affected my sinuses as much as last year.  But I still have the headache.  
I’d describe it as starting behind my eyes (pressure) and running up to the front of my head.  Sort of like if I grabbed my forehead with my palm covering my eyes.  It hurts there. Can you please help me out?

Sinus headaches usually presents with pain over nasal area and may increase in severity throughout day. It can be caused by an acute infection, allergies, nasal polyps, and anatomical deformities, such as a deviated septum. Antibiotics and decongestants may be indicated. Antihistamine may also help if allergic reaction is present. Have this directly evaluated by your doctor for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted.

Hi, how are you?
I'm no expert but this does sound like a sinus headache to me.  Just because your allergies don't seem to be effecting your sinuses externally you may have issues farther up.  
Try a placing a heat pack on your forehead and laying back and relaxing.  If your sinuses are to blame this should relieve it at least some.  You should feel some drainage in your throat.  If the headaches continue to be bothersome you may want to consider a daily allergy nasal spray.  Your doctor can help you there.
