7yr old migraine/vomiting with sugar intake

My daughter has had migraines since she was about 3. She has had CT scans and MRI's to find out what cause them with no luck. Recently I have noticed that when she eats food with high sugar contents she gets a really bad migraine and is up all night vomiting. Just a side note, she doesn't eat sugary food very often because of this but anytime she has a piece of cake or brownie or something like that she gets sick, but, not for a few hours after. She also has a very high appetite. She is always hungry even after she just ate a big meal. She is about 60lbs and she is very active.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?  She is normally okay the next day but it's still very concerning.

Thanks in advance

Hi,
The triggers for migraines are different for different persons . It may be sugar for your daughter .There are some artificial flavours in cakes and brownies which may also be the aggravating factors .Please consult a physician for more precautions on this . Please get her checked for Bulimia nervosa , since she feels hungry all the time . Vomitings and headaches are features of Bulimia as well .Hope this helps you . Take care and regards !
