Abnormal head

Hello im 17...i've had headaches almost everyday nd these headaches  are more painful jst above my eyes,this is really stressful.plz help

How are you? What other symptoms are present? Can you elaborate on the character of the headache? If there was no recent history of head trauma, this could be due to primary headaches such as tension headache or migraine, error of refraction as well as from hormone issues that may be seen during this period.  Rest, ice pack, and pain medications may help provide relief. However, if it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation and to rule out eye issues like error of refraction. Direct clinical examination is important.
