Allergy Headaches

I have been diagnosed with severe allergies (pollen, dust, mold, grass, trees--you name it; I've got it!). I am also food sensitive to a lot of  different foods that cause me to cough uncontrollably to the point of gaging (wheat, potatoes, corn, chocolate, tomatoes, oranges).My allergist prescribed Zyflo and Benzonatate capsules to help alleviate this problem I have skin sensitivity as well. I am allergic to the plastic shopping bags and latex, which cause severe welts on my skin. I have been receiving immunization therapy for more than 15 years and it doesn't help for more than 2-3 days. I see the allergist every 2-3 weeks For the first year I went every week, thereafter, every 2-4 weeks, depending on the allergy season. I live on Claritin or Chlortremeton. I suffer from constant headaches as well because of my allergies and wake with a headache almost every morning if the pollen count is high. I don't want to depend on allergy injections and ibuprophen for the rest of my life. I have had an MRI and it revealed nothing that was causing the headaches.  My eyes are always dark and swollen and no amount of makeup helps conceal this. I've tried numerous allergy medications and the ones mentioned above are the only ones that work, although not for any length of time. Thank you.
