Anolor Oral

I have just been prescribed Anolor Oral for my reacurring tension headaches and migraines. Has anyone else taken this medication and how effective was it. My headaches totally immobilize me so i am just wanting to make sure this is the right medication for me. any advice or experience is appreciated.

Anolor Oral combination medication is used to treat tension headaches. Acetaminophen helps to decrease the pain from the headache. Caffeine helps increase the effects of acetaminophen. Butalbital is a sedative that helps to decrease anxiety and cause sleepiness and relaxation.
This medication may cause dependence, especially if it has been used regularly for an extended time or if it has been used in high doses. In such cases, withdrawal reactions e.g., nausea,vomiting, mental,mood changes, seizures may occur if you suddenly stop this drug.

You should consult your neurologist  regarding these side effects,before taking the drug.

thank you for your response. I have already consulted a neurologist and spoke about the positive and negative effects of the drug. We have decided to do a trial run for 3 months and see how it works out. again, thanks for your help!
