Anyone do Biofeedback

I was just wondering if anyone could give me any tips on biofeedback.  I've had severe migraines since 1994 , always uncontrollable.  I thought this might help, i've nothing to loose. Thank you to anyone with info!!!!

Hi,

In Biofeedback therapy involuntary body functions can be brought under voluntary control by applying sensors to various parts of the body. The electrodes can be attached to your fingers, hands, feet, scalp and skin. These sensors are connected to monitoring equipment which provides feedback on the functions that require control.
Depending on the feedbacks the therapist will teach you physical and mental exercises that may solve the problem.
It helps in controlling physiological functions that have gone out of control. People with heart diseases and pacemakers should avoid biofeedback therapy.
Hope this helps!

my husband used to suffer severe migraines at least once a week. no matter what season. he started biofeedback last january 2008 and up to now he has not suffered as severe as before. his headaches now are more reasonable and tolerable.
I would recommend this.
Let me know if you want more info. Take care
