Bad chronic headache

I started to get these headaches 2 weeks postpartum. I went to the ER, my blood pressure was 142/97. My BP is normally somewhere around 90/60.  The doctor didn't even acknowledge my BP and said that I was just having tension headaches. Didn't give me any meds because I was breastfeeding.  Two days later I got a little dizzy and felt tired and my headache would not go away with any meds. I tried Excedrin tension, tylenol, motrin, nothing worked. Went to a different ER.  My BP was 170/102.  They gave me meds through IV and sent e home, once again with nothing fo my headaches. I went to see my OB/GYN thinking that maybe it had to do with the epidural I had gotten. My BP was 148/100.  They put me on Procardia xl 30 mg and have me Fioricet for the headaches.  Dotor said the headaches were from the high BP.  Well, my BP has gone down to about 138/82 (last time checked), and I still have horrible headaches that go all the way down my neck. The Fioricet do absolutely nothing.  I am going crazy because I have 2 kids to take care of and these headahes just wont go away! Also, I had a CT scan. Everything was normal.  I don't know what else to do, this is driving me nuts!  Anyone have any answers. I'm very desperate. It's been a little over a month now.

This is an old trick, fill the bath tub with the hotest water you can stand, that just covers your legs, put a bag of frozen vegies behind your neck. The hot water will pull the blood down towards your feet and the vegies will constrict the excess pressure to your head, as the water cools down add more hot water.  The crisis should holt in about 20 minutes.
