Barometric Pressure Headache?

Every time I get a headache like the one i have, the following events occur: A clear day, with pressure increasing over time usually in a band around my head, (temples and back mostly.) Then as night comes, light sources create gigantic interference, huge globes of light 5+ times larger than the actual light itself, as it becomes peircing in pain. Then all of a sudden it will rush to being totally overcast in just a few minutes.

Every single time this combination of bad feelings has shown up, it has followed that exact pattern. And yeah, Even if I dont notice. Thats how I realised i was having it today.. Went outside for a sec, looked up, and sudden overcast.

Is that...normal or anything? I mean is it something that happens to people? Remember my symptoms start hours before even a single cloud shows up, no matter if i know the weather or not. Im just really tired of being so nervous, cause until those clouds come, the symptoms seem dangerous and random!

Congratulations on ID'ing your triggers.  My headaches and migraines are affected in the same way by weather changes.  We are commonly taught to think of barometric pressure as the cause but it really isn't in most cases.  I would recommend that you consider consulting a reputable weather forecasting site such as Accuweather.com and plug in your zipcode for hour by hour forecast.  You want to watch for forecasted Westerly winds that are forecasted to exceed more than ten MPH with humidity exceeding 50%.  By doing so you should be able to reduce your anxiety.  Let me know how this observation works for you over the next few months.
