Yes I have just been diagnosed with Basilar Migraines 3 days ago from 15 years of non stop vertigo, hearing loss, lightheadedness when I stand up, to recent neck stiffness, and throbbing headaches to loss of vision. I went to numerous dr's thinking it was Meineres Disease but ears were fine. I take Topamax 25 mg increasing to 100mg and I take Klonopin 1mg both at night. He also put me on a pain pill when I get the migraines. Most of the times I dont get the pain I just get the dizziness and lightheadedness when I stand up it could be up to 2-25 times a day near passing out. I also exercise at least 30-45 minutes every other day and it seems to make it better also. But I sure wished I have been diagnosed years ago when I was a teenager. But good luck to you.
