Chronic Headaches linked to muscle twitches throughout body.

I am 24 years old with no health insurance. I have been having this problem for about a year and it has not gotten any worse or better.

I feel almost a burning sensation and pressure in the center of my brain/ top of head, (like when you are stressing out), it relieves itself from a minute to fifteen minute intervals where i have random muscle twitches throughout my bodily. One place over then year I have noticed is my left arm right at the joint, a very small muscle lining the tendon on the top outside part of the joint. The muscle spasms have ranged from my cheek, lips, eye lids, to my upper thighs, arm, shoulder, back, buttocks and tops of my feet. The twitches are followed by a burning sensation and sometimes pain when it twitches, almost like it is in the bone.

The real weird thing is it relieves my headache when the twitches happen in my arm and other areas, like the burning sensation/pressure almost transfers directly to whichever muscle it wants to twitch.

This happens every day almost all day, sometimes it does go away for a few hours.

I have no idea what this is. It scared me a lot at first but now that its been a year and still reoccurring I feel alright.
