Chronic headache since more than 2 years

I suffer from chronic headaches since more that 2-3 years. Also experience extreme pain in the neck and back (just below the neck) region. the headache is there since I get up in teh morning and lasts till i go back to sleep and is there 7 days in a week. whenever i get up (any part of day), I feel all the more tired. I see lot of dreams while i am sleeping and remember all the dreams and i suppose that makes me tired after i wake up. the headache is throbbing and on both sides, radiating till the ears. I feel like tightly opening my mouth again and again. My temples are very painful ususally during the headaches.I am not taking any medicines, no smoking or alcohol. I usually have 2 medium cups of coffee everyday.and I have not suffered from any migraine in the past but have just touched the signs of depression once for which i was not on any medicine.I can sleep at any part of day as I feel sleepy and tired always.
