Chronic pressure in my head please help

Dear Doc.,  I would like your best opinion to see how it compares to the opinions of the doctors here (of which I don't have such a good relationship with for various reason)

6 years ago, I began having a mild headache on and off ... when 3 1/2 years ago it became worse rapidly over a 2 week period, and ever since then I have had the symptoms constantly and without relief.

The symptoms are:   feeling of pressure deep behind my forehead,   and this migrates over the the region of the left side of my forehead and above my left eye,  when I lay down on the right side of my head.  When I lay on the right side of my head,  it feels as if something may explode above my left eye, and it's hard to keep my left eyelid open when laying down on the ride side.    Otherwise, the pressure is confined to the frontal area of my head but is more diffuse when sitting up.      Again, the pressure is constant, doesn't change much,   and never is relieved.... I have attempted  7 medications with little relief as well.     A dilated eye exam proved normal.

The diagnosis is a benign bone tumor of 3.5 x 2.4 centimeteres.  Can you see it here on my MRI that I have posted at this link?   My question to you is this:   is this probably the cause of my symptoms, in your personal opinion?  ::::

Hi,

Thanks for writing in.
Yes it is possible that the benign tumor of the skull bone is causing pressure symptoms and pain. Benign bone tumors are slowly growing lesions that can affect sinonasal functions, vision, and hearing.
Common presenting features are sinusitis, headache, double vision, bulging of the eye ball and in later stages even vision loss.
However please realize that I am unable to examine you clinically. As of now it is very possible that your symptoms are due to the benign bone tumor.
Hope this helps!
