Chronic tension headaches and you?

Im wondering if anyone here who suffers with chronic tension headaches would mind sharing what they experience/feel during an episode? Any symptoms out of the ordinary other than band like pressure?
Ive been suffering from head pressure, neck pain, visual floaters, and very mild dizziness for a year straight now. Im talking 24/7 pressure with very minimal relief at times. Ive had numerous tests, bloodwork, mri's, etc... and nothing was found. My Neurologists believes that its due to my neck muscles being too tight from working in front of computers for so long. Im not 100% convinced this is the cause but Im going to start seeing a physical therapist soon to try and fine some relief.

hi i was recently told i had chronic tension what i experience the most is really bad pain in the back of m y head i feel like something moving if i dont hold on to my head im soo scared its something else i havent gotten any test done on my head wat r some test i can tell my dr to let me have done?

Starting with a CT Scan, Mri, or MRA should be plenty to tell if youre suffering from anything serious.
