Cyst in Sphenoid Sinus... Next Steps?

Has anyone else had a cyst in thier sphenoid sinus?  I found out my CT scan results last Friday, but don't get to discuss results with the ENT until April 14th.  I wake up every morning with migraines... and sometimes specifically coming from this area around my sphenoid sinus... but also might be clenching, so I'm wondering if the two are related... and if clentching may cause migarines as well.  I am very light sensitive ALL the time and feel warn out.  I'm only able to work outside the home once a week since September.  =( Hoping that there is a good treatment for the cyst and that it will eliviate some of the migraines I get... although I understand that migraines run in my family.  Any ideas or past experience with cysts?  In particular, Mucus Retention Cysts?  Thank you!

Hello
I'm new here . Im 32 yom with migraines ear and jaw pain and sometimes blurry vision in my left eye only. I went to Ent few weeks back tried antibiotics steroids  everything. Finally got a ct scan and showed a 6mm cyst on my left sphenoid sinus . Haven't spoke with the doc yet go tomorrow. Things I'm reading online are scary really hoping I don't need surgery. I've been having headaches for the last few years been to the doc just for that he said they were tension headaches triggering migraines. Went well for a year or two took a migraine pill and laid down headache went alway. They don't go away that easy anymore and they seem to be  giving me more head pain then before.  I've been having horrible ear and jaw pain for the last month which started me going to Ent specialist. My ? Is my cyst is at the base of my sphenoid sinus  would that location cause more of my symptoms the lets say one at the top of your SS. TIA for your time and input this is scary for me never really had anything wrong besides broke a few bones.
