Hi,
How are you? Can you elaborate on the character and location of the headache? Migraine headache usually presents with one-sided throbbing headaches. Rest, ice pack, avoidance of triggers and both preventive and abortive prescription medications may help provide relief. However, if it persists, I agree with the above post that the best thing to do is to have proper diagnosis by seeing your attending physician or be referred to a neurologist. Take care and do keep us posted.
hi, I have had Migraines for many years and the first thing you need to do is get diagnosed. so you need to get an appointment with a doctor which might or might not lead to a referral and will probably get you diagnosed as having a migraine. then you can get treated for it. You will probably get some kind of medication from the clinic to help alleviate the symptoms at your first visit because of the headache and nausea they will put 2 and 2 together and come up with a possible migraine. or you could go the an emergency room because of the symptoms, the headache that started out of nowhere, the nausea, the shaking and crying and they will treat you also and probably give you a referal. but you need to do something ok
please seek some medical adviced for this and dont try over the counter drugs they wont help at all... you arr to young to live in pain...
