Hi,
Zonegran is an anticonvulsant. Please consult a neurologist before taking it for migraine. Depakote decreases the half life of Zonegran  to 46 hours from 27 hrs.Taking Depakote with zonisamide may decrease the amount of zonisamide in the blood, causing an decrease in effectiveness, and a possible increase in seizure frequency .Please consult the neurologist before the use of these drugs .Hope this helps you . Take care and regards !
