Dizzyness, blurred vision, headache

My daughter is nearly 16 and for the past couple of weeks she has been getting pain in her ear like a blocking followed by dizzyness and a blurred vision that has lasted about 10 mins, she is missing school as this is happening everyday, we have been to see a Doctore several times and she was prescribed vertigo tablets that don't seem to be helping.  Last night she had dizzyness that lasted about 15 mins she said things were moving followed by her eyes going grey for about 5 mins and later a headache at the back of the head, as you can appreciate this is very worrying, she is under the eye hospital and we are awaiting an appointment letter to come, I am also taking her to an opticians today.  Can anyone help shed any light on what this could be, she is very tall for her age at 5ft 11.  JC

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How is your daughter? Dizziness can be caused by a variety of issues like eye or ear conditions including vertigo and error of refraction, changes in blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and other medical conditions like anemia. If she was evaluated already by an ear doctor, then further evaluation may need to be done. Primary headaches like migraine are also associated with hormonal changes during the adolescence years. Take care and do keep us posted.

This pranayam will help your daughter, to reduce some of the symptoms. Please do the pranayam twice a day, up to the maximum timing. Let me know, how she feels after 9 days, but continue the pranayam, as the benefit is noticed over the longer term.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.

Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30  minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in through nose. And now breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.
Repeat this  5 to 21 times.
