Do I have a Brain Tumor?

I have dull jabbing pains on the left side of my head, these come about 20-30 times a day, i got them last 3-4 weeks ago, and before that i got them 1 year, i am wondering if i have a brain tumor. The headaches usually start in the afternoon, and then when i wake up i am fine then it comes a couple weeks later. Also i have noticed is when i shake my head pretty hard it hurts on my head in some places. Good you please tell me what wrong with me, or what kind of headache i might have. thanks
