Ear pain, headaches, PLEASE HELP!!

It started with what I thought was a toothache about 2-3 months ago. Went to the dentsit..no cavity. It went away for a while but then came back and I have had a headache for 2 weeks.  We to my PCP, everything looked fine to her. She sent me to an ENT, everything looked fine to her. She suggested it was migranes, I was prescriped Migrane medicne, it didn't help. ENT, sent me to a Neurologists. She said, no I don't think it's a mirgrane, it could just be inflammed sinuses, she prescribed Predinson for 12 days. She didn't do an MRI or CT. Nothing just a few tests...touch your nost, walk in a staright line, etc. I don't think it's my sinues, I have had a sinus infection before and never felt like this.
The pain is below my right ear, not in it. It's causing awful headaches. I also noticed I have been really spacy, and forgetful (not like me at all). I started the Prednisone this morning, maybe 5 hours ago, now I am having horrible lower back pain, my heart feels like it's racing and my face is VERY pale. I don't know what I should do!?
Can anyone help?

Hi,
The continuing headache, irregular heartbeat and back pain may warrant further attention by your attending physician. To determine the underlying cause, direct evaluation and imaging modalities such as CT scan or MRI are usually indicated. This is also to rule out any brain pathology.

Hi,
Thanks for responding but this didn't really answer my question. I am being treated for the headaches & ear pain w/ the Prednisone. I am wanting answers on what could be causing my headache & ear pain. I am aware of the side effects of Prednisone.

Some side effects can be serious like irregular heartbeat , vision problems,  loss of contact with reality,  confusion and  numbness, burning, or tingling in the face, arms, legs, feet, or hands.
