MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? are there other symptoms present? Migraine and sinus headaches are often mistaken as sinus in origin. If you are already taking your sinus medications and do they do not help, you may need to have this checked by a neurologist. Cluster headaches present with excruciating pain in vicinity of the eye associated with tearing of eye, nose congestion, and flushing of face.  Attacks may occur every day for weeks, then disappear. You may also need to have your eyes checked to rule out any eye problems. Take care and do keep us posted.

I may be completely off, but it sounds like you are having possible chronic cluster headaches.  I just did a little research on it at has a lot of the same symptoms that you are having.  It is also called the 'suicide headache' because of the severity of pain.  Google cluster headaches-or chronic cluster headache and tell me what you think... I hope things get better for you..
