Frequent Headaches

I am 24 years old with type one diabetes since I was 9. I started getting migraines when I was 19. They stopped for a couple years, however; for the past year I've experience headaches/migraines about 4 times a week. I am on the pill due to polycystic ovarian syndrome and my doctors have tried switching my pill about 3 times, but that did not help my headaches. I've also had an MRI in April and that was ok.
My upper back is constantly aching and I also have a weird symptom of smelling cigarette smoke when there is non around. I am so frustrated because I am in pain every day!

help...

Thank you. =)
I get the migraines every couple months, but the headaches are there almost everyday. I am always tired, I really don't have a lot of energy and I recently found a small bump in the back on my neck. It is not painful, and it is a little smaller than a penny. I have an appt with a new doctor on monday so I hope they have some answers for all my symptoms. Have you ever heard of the smelling smoke symptom?

Hi,
Are you taking medication for your migraine attacks? I know how difficult it must be for you. But please relax, your upper back is hurting because of stress and anxiety.Since your MRI is fine so there is nothing serious to worry about.Just take one day at a time, eat your meals on time, maintain hydration, do some breathing exercises and do not stay awake past your bedtime. If your migraine attacks are  not controlled by current treatment please discuss other treatment options with your doctor. Take care!
