Hi,
How are you? Migraine presents with throbbing one-sided headache. This can be relieved with rest, ice pack, prescription medications and avoiding your migraine triggers. These triggers may be food, weather changes, hormonal and certain activities. A headache journal or the migraine tracker here in the forum may help. Take care and do keep us posted.
Sorry, I can't be of any help...I have changed Dr. this will be the 3rd. for me, I have to find someone who will listen to and treat me correctly...the only thing I know about migraines is, my daughter has them and had medication to take, but she has to take it at the first sign of one coming on, to stop it. She also takes antidepressants at bedtime to help. She also said, she gets relief with an over the counter product...Excedrine migraine. Sounds like I need some memory help about now...
Good luck...you might want to go online and type in foods that cause migraine...just a thought....
God bless you, as you try to get help and relief...
