Hi,
How are you? Aside from sinus issues, this may also be caused by primary headaches like migraine or tension headaches. Migraine headaches are one sided throbbing headaches associated with nausea, vomiting, dizziness and sensitivity to light and sound. Dizziness can be caused by a variety of conditions including low blood sugar, postural hypotension and conditions like anemia. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examiantion and diagnostic tests may be done. Take care and do keep us posted.
Hi,
What comes to my mind is (chronic) sinusitis. Among other things, pain on the top of your head and worse pains in the morning are known effects of (chronic) sinusitis.
A good ENT should be able to decide whether it indeed is the cause for your head pains.
I hope this may help you, best of luck.
