Head tension

I have a pressure type feeling in my left temple area.  When I press on it I do get some relief.  I'm not one for headaches so it is quite concerning to me.   I did have a sinus infection a few weeks back.  Could it be muscle related?

Hi,
How are you? Was there a previous trauma to your head or neck? Dull, non-throbbing, pressure-headaches may be associated with tension headaches. This is associated with tightness of scalp or neck and the degree of severity remains constant. Sinus headaches, on the other hand, are uncommon and present with pain over nasal area, which increases in severity throughout the day. Rest, ice packs and pain relievers may help provide relief. If it persists, check with your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and regards.
