Headache, dizziness & poor word recall

I posted a question before with my symptoms and now I have some new ones. In addition to having headaches every day, memory problems, dizziness, and lightheadedness, I am having trouble remembering words. They make sense in my head, but when I say them, I'm using the wrong word...like the other day, I meant to say "idiot" but I said "indian" or I saw my sister's smoke detector hanging down from the ceiling and I said, "Hey, your flame alarm is broken." Earlier in the day, I had gone to Dunkin donuts and ordered and paid for my coffee, then walked out to the car before I realized I hadn't actually gotten the coffee! I'm only 26 years old, I don't do drugs or drink, and have never had these problems before. I'm not stressed or depressed (which is what my doc blamed it on). WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME????

Hi,

Diphenhydramine is known to cause excessive drowsiness, difficulty in concentrating and short term memory loss. Please consult your physician, as he might want to try out a different medicine.Hope you feel better soon.

I take birthcontrol, vitamins, and diphenhydramine (tylenolPM) to help me sleep. I have restless leg syndrome but stopped taking the Mirapex because of a gambling problem that I developed. They switched me to Klonopin but I only took it one night and woke up very sleepy the next.
