Headache And Noise in My Head

I am 20 year old and I got Headache in the back of my head and Noise like Beeeeeeeeeeeeep and starting to make me very nervous please tell me what is wrong

I get the beep too. Headache same place. Constantly. I also get a sqirting sound that started once or twice a week. Now 20 times a day with extreme headache most of the time. I've been battling this for years. Tried everything. Going to neurosurgeon next month. Sorry not much help but don't stress. The beep probably is not anything serious but I AM NOT A DOCTOR. Go get checked out. Find a board certified neurologist and tell them you want an MRI.
