Headache/Pain when Eyes Moved To The Side?

From a week ago i started having this weird sharp pain in my forehead when i move my eyes to the side (Left side). I dont feel the pain when im looking straight at something but as soon as like i look at something in my left side i feel this pain in my forehead and in the back of my eyes. Some days i have a headache too but sometimes its just when i move my eyes that i get the pain.

I went to an ophthalmologist and he checked the pressure, and the back of my eyes and said that my eyes are perfectly normal I was thinking maybe its a migraine but i dont have a headache sometimes but i still feel the pain when i move my eyes.

Any ideas?

And how long does it take for the pain to go away?
