Headache/Vertigo

I've been getting some slight vertigo lately nothing that stops me from daily activities, but the vertigo feeling gives me anxiety and then I get little panic attacks which make me feel crummy, and it's been followed by some nights of headaches...sometimes I even wake up with headaches..they're very light dull headaches, but my neck pain is crazy. I have to crack it a few times a day to relieve some of the pain. I also wake up with my ears popped every morning for the past few weeks. My jaw also hurts. I'm nervous, at what point do I consider this serious???

How are you? Was there previous injury or trauma to your head or neck? Vertigo, or the sensation of spinning or whirling may be due to disturbance in balance, problems with your inner ears, or even neurological in nature. Further evaluation by your doctor is important for proper diagnosis. With regards to your neck pain, this could be musculoskeletal in nature or positional. Over-the-counter pain medications may hep provide relief. However, if it persists, have this evaluated further for proper management. Neurological examination and x-ray may help determine the underlying cause Take care and best regards.
