Headache after masturbation
About 24 hours ago I masturbated, I a male. The session was very intense towards the end because I was trying to force the orgasm quickly and I wasn't getting pleasure out of masturbating slowly, I was holding my breath (not by choice) and I got very hot around my head and neck. After I starting getting a bad headache. Later on that night I masturbated again stupidly even though I still had a headache, this session was not as intense and I made sure by breathing was regulated.

I've taken Paracetomol, today the headache has got better so I'll see how I get on.
