Headache after sex (And breathing problems?)

When I am standing up during sexual activity, I almost always get a headache, dizzyness, and my stomach feels week for a few seconds, the headache lasts longer than the dizzyness and stomach feeling weak.

Ive seen other information such as benign coital headache, but  no one said anything about the dizzyness or stomach feeling weak....

Does the dizzyness and stomach part suggest this may be anything other than a simple benign coital headache? Because it ONLY happens when I am standing (thus pushing my leg muscles to the limit since im a bit out of shape (280lbs @ 5'10)

Hello, and thank you for your reply. I am not on any medications. I drink a lot of fluids, mostly koolaid, tea, milk, and about 50/50 diet soda' and regular soda. Or do you mean like water by fluids?

I will have to check my blood pressure. I work at a car dealership as a salesman, so I am walking around quite a bit at work. I have lost about 20lbs since working there (6 months)  Not a lot for such long period of time but since working there its slowly coming off!

The symptoms that you describe seem to be due to orthostatic hypotension, sudden fall in blood pressure on standing after prolonged period of rest. Maintain your fluid and salt intake and also try to be physically active and get your blood pressure checked. Also are you on antidepressents? Since this can be a side effect of antidepressents.
