Headache for a month

7 weeks ago I donated blood and passed out while doing so. That has happened before and I didn't think anything of it. However this time when I came around I had one of the wore headaches of my life, and I figured that was normal since I just passed out. Ever since then (March 1 2011) I have had a constant, excruciating headache. The headache never stops, is worse in the mornings, and has responded to no form of migraine medicines that my family doctor or neurologist has prescribed. I've tried caffeine, the doctors have had me try pain medication, and nothing makes it go away. The pain feels like there is a "v" stamped between my eyes and radiates around my whole head, especially in the back. Optic nerve swelling has been ruled out. I had an MRI which showed some sort of small shadow bt the neurologist said it was probably a migraine spot. Any feedback at all would be helpful!

So it's been about 7 months since I wrote about this, but I still get headaches almost every day. I kind of just gave up looking for a solution and try to fight through them. I've found ways to keep them at bay, but sometimes they will get uncontrollable. I remember trying almost all of the headache medicines out there, prescription, homeopathic, OTC, etc. Not long after these headaches, I was diagnosed with Allodynia (which my neurologist described as a form of fibromyalgia, since I have fatigue and aches along with the burning/sore/scratching pains associated with touching my skin.)
I found out about a month ago that I am Iron-deficient anemic, low on vitamin D, CoQ10, and protein. I've been working on getting those levels up. Do you think those could have anything to do with my constant headaches?
I decided to check up on this website to see if anyone had any ideas about it because, once again, I am feeling really poor and am tired of going to doctors just to hear the same thing. "We can't find anything abnormal."
Any input would be appreciated! Thank you!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? Aside from the MRI, what other tests were done? If the present medications are not helping, a stronger prescription drug may be indicated. There are plenty of headache medicines that are available and it usually takes some time to find the best medicine for you. A second opinion by another neurologist may also be done. Take care and do hope to hear from you soon.

Your problem is probably caused by low level of blood in your brain. If you have pain in other parts ( heart most likely) then your blood cells are duplicating too slow. If headache is same all the time then it could be genetic disorder.
