Headache from laying down

Is it possible to get a headache from laying down too much? I got the headache right before bed last night. I was able to sleep but awoke less than 2 hours later with my head feeling like it was about to explode. I still have the headache and it hurts worse when I stand up and try to lift my head and when I try to pee. Help please!!
